After almost a year of blessing numerous cities and villages throughout Gujarat, Param Gurudev Shree Namramuni Maharaj Saheb graces Mumbai city at Parasdham, Ghatkopar. The event marked the auspicious Shree Uvasaggahar Mantra sadhana and the pious Diksha Agna Arpan Vidhi of 22 yr-old Mumukshu Shri Yashvi didi Nandu, an occasion witnessed by thousands as they bowed down in reverence to the young Mumukshu choosing the glorious path of Jain Diksha.
On this occasion, Param Gurudev addressed one and all and said, “The one who selflessly gives, eventually becomes worthy of worship like an idol. And the one who only thinks of his own needs and interests, eventually remains like a unpolished stone wandering on the street. The one who becomes prepared to give up everything, eventually attains the ultimate. Tolerance power is the greatest power of this world. And the one who tolerates by his own will advances on the path of becoming Parmatma.”
The event marked the glorious moment when Mumukshu Shri Yashvi didi Nandu’s parents, Shri Hemlataben Mahendrabhai Nandu, etched the golden words of granting permission to their young and accomplished daughter to advance ahead on the noble path of saiyam under Param Gurudev’s guidance. They then presented this official of permission to Param Gurudev, spreading a wave of smiles, joy and applaud.
Mumukshu Shri Yashvi didi Nandu, a mechanical engineer from the esteemed DJ Sanghavi College of Engineering, Mumbai, expressed her immense joy and satisfaction on this occasion, “Param Gurudev, Prabhu’s words of wisdom that I heard first heard from you, put a question mark on my worldly race; and they commenced my inner journey of becoming like Parmatma!”
The occasion also witnessed the honorary ceremony of Param Gurudev’s disciple, Mahatapasvi Pujya Shree Saumyaji Mahasatiji, as she slowly moves towards the completion of the arduous 1008 Ayambil fasts. The blessed muhurt and date for her Parna Mahotsav – Maha Tapotsav, and Mumukshu Yashvi didi Nandu’s Diksha Mahotsav was announced by Param Gurudev – 28th April, 2024, spreading joy and happiness in the hearts of one and all.
