સંયમ ભાવ ઉપધાનના ૧૧ ધન્યાતિધન્ય દિવસો જ્યારે નજીક આવી રહયાં છે,ત્યારે સર્વ આરાધકોને આ નિયમો ધ્યાનમાં રાખવા વિનંતી-

15th November સાંજે 5 વાગ્યા પહેલા આરાધકોએ registration કરાવી લેવાનું રહેશે.

Registration Desk:

  • Indian Aaradhaks – Keshav Hari, near Parasdham
  • NRI Aaradhaks – Parasdham Ground floor

Registration Desk થી આપને આપનું ID-card, Mobile Phone submission pouch and accommodation details આપવામાં આવશે.

આપની જે ધર્મશાળામાં રહેવાની વ્યવસ્થા છે, ત્યાં આપે આપનું Government ID Proof ની xerox submit કરાવવાની રહેશે.

Dress Code – White and White ફરજિયાત રહેશે.

  • 15th November સાંજે 7 કલાકે પારસધામમાં આપનું orientation (માર્ગદર્શન) session attend કરવું અનિવાર્ય રહેશે.
  • ઉપધાનના દિવસોમાં આરાધકો કોઈપણ પ્રકારના Ornaments, Wrist Watch ધારણ કરી શકશે નહીં, તેથી તમામ આરાધકોને કોઈપણ પ્રકારના આભૂષણ અથવા કિંમતી વસ્તુઓ સાથે ન લાવવા વિનંતી છે.
  • ભાવ ઉપધાન સાધનાના 11 દિવસ mobile phone નો સંપૂર્ણ ત્યાગ કરવાનો રહેશે. Mobile phone વ્યવસ્થાપકોને deposit કરવાનો રહેશે. આપના પરિવારજનોને Emergency contact number- 7303000555 આપવા વિંનતી
  • જેટલા પણ આરાધકોએ પહેલા ભાવ ઉપધાન સાધના કરી છે, તેમને પોતાના ઉપકરણ સાથે લાવવાના રહેશે. Mosquito net, પાત્રા, રજોહરણ, ગુચ્છો, પછેડી, મુહપત્તિ . આપનો ઉપકરણોનો પરિગ્રહ વધે નહી, તે શુભ હેતુથી આપશ્રીને અહીંથી નવા ઉપકરણો અર્પણ કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
  • દરેક કાર્યક્રમ તેમજ પ્રવચન આદિ પ્રભુ નેમ દરબારમાં યોજાશે. આપના આવાસ સ્થાનથી સાધના સ્થાન & ભોજનાલય સુધી પહોંચવા માટે લગભગ 600-700 mtrs નું distance ચાલીને જવાનું રહેશે. Vehiclesની વ્યવસ્થા રાખવામાં આવી નથી માટે દરરોજ ચાલીને આવી શકે, વિહાર કરી શકે એવા જ ભાવિકોએ આરાધના કરવા આવવાનું રહેશે. 11 days સંપૂર્ણ vehicles નો ત્યાગ કરવાનો રહેશે
  • 11 દિવસ સંપૂર્ણ સ્નાન ત્યાગ કરવાનો રહેશે.
  • આરાધકોએ winter season ને લક્ષમાં રાખીને white woollens અને shawl લાવવા વિનંતી.
  • Emergency medicines આપની સાથે લાવવા વિનંતિ.
  • મોક્ષમાળા અવસર: મોક્ષ માળા અવસર 26 th November સવારે 9.00 કલાકે આયોજિત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે . આપના પરિવારજનો આ દિવ્ય ક્ષણમાં આપની અનુમોદના કરવા ઉપસ્થિત રહી શકે છે.

As we step closer to Saiyam Bhav Updhaan in Param Gurudev’s sanidhya, these 11 days invite us to slow down, look within, and transform our lifetimes

Here are a few important guidelines for all Aaradhaks:

All aaradhaks are kindly requested to complete their registration before 5 PM on the 15th November

Registration Desks:

At the Registration Desk, you will receive your I-card, Mobile Phone Submission Pouch, and accommodation details.

A xerox of Government ID Proof will be needed at the Dharamshala allotted to you.

Dress Code – White and White

  • On 15th November at 7 PM, an orientation (guidance) session is arranged at Parasdham. This session is mandatory for all aaradhaks
  • Aradhaks are not allowed to wear any kind of ornaments during their updhaan days, so all aaradhaks are requested not to carry any kind of ornaments or valuables along.
  • For the 11 days of Saiyam Bhav Updhan Sadhna, mobile phones shall have to be submitted to the organizing team. For any urgent need, families may use the Emergency Contact Number: 7303000555.
  • Aaradhaks who have participated in Bhav Updhan Sadhna earlier, shall have to bring their own upkarans – Mosquito net, Paatra, Rajoharan, Guccho, Pachhedi, Muhpatti. To avoid increasing parigraha, new upkarans shall not be provided to Old Aradhaks
  • All sessions shall take place at Prabhu Nem Darbar. The sadhana area and dining hall are around 600–700 meters from the accommodation, so a short walk will be part of the daily routine. As vehicles will not be in use for these 11 days, this journey becomes a part of the spiritual practice.
  • For 11 days, aaradhaks will not take a bath as part of the sadhana.
  • Aaradhaks are requested to carry white woollens and a shawl, keeping the winter season in mind.
  • You may carry any emergency medicines if needed
  • Mokshmala Avsar : Your Mokshmala ceremony will be held on 26th November at 9:00 AM.
