Parvadhiraj Paryushan Mahaparva

Parvadhiraj Paryushan Mahaparva, the most auspicious festival of Jainism, is an 8-day celebration of universal forgiveness. Param Gurudev’s enlightening pravachans, the profound Inner Cleaning Course, the soul-stirring alochana (confession) on the day of Samvatsari and several other programmes have transformed this traditional parva into a festival of inner joy, Prabhu bhakti and self-purification.

Namaskar Mantra Jap sadhana

The Namaskar Mantra is a unique mantra in Jainism. It is a universal mantra for peace and positivity. The Namaskar Mantra is dedicated to qualities like humility, simplicity, forgiveness, compassion. This is a mantra dedicated to inner purity.

This Paryushan, the universal mantra project is an initiative to take this mantra to every home and heart as an endeavour for universal peace and positivity. More than 108 Jain organisations across the world under the We Jain One Jain banner, and 70+ Jain centres from USA and Canada under JAINA (Federation of Jain Associations in North America) are coming to echo the chants of this universal mantra through Parasdham LIVE Webcast and Telecast .

Inner Cleaning Course

Inner Cleaning Course is a 9-day meditation programme that focuses on analysing different emotions which dwell in our heart. In this signature self-introspection course, participants learn how to manage their emotions better, clear the knots with and clean the negativity of their heart. Practical tasks and innovative challenges will help participants attain a stress-free, relaxed and peaceful state of mind to witness a real inner transformation.
